Heavens Pets at Lake Lawn Metairie

“Everything was just beautiful, from the box her ashes were in, to the sweet notes and writings.”  Cheri

“I received a call as soon as they had her in their care and explained the whole process so I knew what to expect.”  Katie

“We received some of his fur and it was all of his coat colors. I thought that was such a special touch since he wasn't just one color.”  Alexa

“The paw print was perfect with not a wrinkle or smudge. I didn't expect to have such an emotional response to the complimentary patch of fur but getting to holding this physically intact piece of her in my hand did me in.”  Cheri

“Carolyn was so kind and compassionate, she went above and beyond.”  James

“I was so nervous about him being away during the time of his private cremation but Heaven's Pets truly was comforting during the process.”  Melinda

“Through our times of grieving she introduced us to the grief counseling meetings held once a month, for those have a tough time or want others to talk to through times of grieving.”  S

“I went there to bring my cat 4 years ago to be cremated. They have done excellent care and the people were kind. My senior cat as of now is going to be cremated there too.”  Michelle

“The price is worth every dollar!! I appreciate all the love and comfort I have received from them and their team.”  Melinda
